In order to truly harness the power of our emotions, we must first understand that they are not inherently right or wrong. Rather, they are a reflection of our current surroundings and perception of events. However, it is crucial that we do not make decisions based solely on our emotions, as they are subject to change. Instead, we must focus on equipping and empowering ourselves with the tools and knowledge to create the transformation and change we seek.
With the provision of these resources, we have the ability to become the change we want to see in the world, and ultimately wield authority and power over our own emotions.
