1. Legal notice

   One Life Agency is a Swiss-based escort agency performing its activity throughout the territory, especially in the Lémanique Basin.

   For foreign trips, we refer to the laws of the country in question. On no account will we provide escort services in territories or countries where it is illegal (e.g. France).

2. Confidentiality

   We take your private life very seriously and recognize that our customers appreciate confidentiality when dealing with our agency and our escorts. We understand that respect for the strictest confidentiality and absolute discretion are essential for the loyalty and trust of our customers.

   In order to guarantee the greatest discretion regarding our customers and escorts, we advise you never to pass on your personal details. Our escorts are never authorized to communicate their details, in the interests of greater confidentiality for both parties.

3. Trips, service regulations

   The average time for your chosen escort to join you is about 1 hour in the Canton of Geneva, and 1½ hours beyond 40 kilometres.

   If, however, the chosen escort does not meet your expectations on her arrival, you may cancel the escort service. In this event, you will be asked to pay compensation of CHF100 as a courtesy for any expenses incurred by the trip and the unavailability of the escort to other clients.

   The whole cost of the service set with the agency is settled upon the escort’s arrival. It may happen, however, that you wish to prolong the service: in this case we would ask you to contact us at the earliest possible opportunity in order to reach a mutual agreement and establish the new conditions.

   For your greater satisfaction, we accept payment by credit card: all you have to do is inform us when you make your reservation. A 10% surcharge is made on credit card payments.

   We also accept the following currencies: Euros, USD, Pounds Sterling.

   For any reservation longer than one night, you will be asked to make a 50% deposit of the total amount in order to confirm your reservation. For escort services abroad you will be asked for the full amount of the service before the escort’s departure.

   Any accommodation and living expenses are, of course, your own responsibility, your escort being your personal guest.

4. Respect

   It is strictly prohibited to urge our escorts to use narcotic products or cause them to consume more than a reasonable amount of alcohol.

   The escort is your entire responsibility while she is providing the service.

   If a disagreement should occur, we are available at any time and therefore invite you to contact us without delay. An equitable solution will soon be reached.
